How do I place my order?

How long is the shipping time?

All orders typically take within 7-10 days to get to us. Then we will contact you to arrange the meet-up location.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You can check your order record via email or our website. 

Which countries do you ship to?

As our store name, we are targeting Hong Kong Domestic Helper, we ship to Hong Kong only.
