How do I place my order?

4. Proceed to checkout
5. Fill up the billing information
6. Choose payment method
(Please be patient to receive our payment request message through Whatsapp)
7. Confirm your payment and order
8. We will contact you soon for meet-up location once the product arrived

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment method:

1. Tap & Go (Recommended) 
2. Alipay HK       
3. Wechat Pay HK   

Tap & Go only requires your phone number to activate your account (for basic function) and top up the wallet in convenience stores.

How to install & register Tap and Go?

– Register your mobile number along with personal identification documents to activate your Tap & Go account

How long is the shipping time?

All orders typically take within 7-10 days to get to us. Then we will contact you to arrange the meet-up location.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

Where can we meet up to receive the products?

Meet-up day: Sunday
– Tsuen Wan 
– Sham Shui Po ($5 transportation fee for order less than $60)
– Mong Kok ($5 transportation fee for order less than $60)
Time: Usually afternoon (could be discussed in Whatsapp)

If your holiday is in Saturday, please feel free to tell us, we would also be available.

If you live in Tsuen Wan, we can meet up at weekdays.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the product have major defect (Man-made defect is not included).

Every items would be checked before we deliver to your hands. Please check carefully once your product is received. Thank you!

In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Domestic Helper Store reserves the final decision.

Return instruction

All returned items must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. Please be sure to contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.


We do not accept exchange. We suggest customers purchasing based on our size chart provided.
